tbh the stock suspension dosnt do that great with a 9 stone rider on board at 100 mph

haha well im 17stone with gear and somtimes ride with a pilion so im fooked righthen does any one know a place around birmingham,coventry and warwicshire that will change my springs and oil inthe front forks as i dont have the knowlage to do it ? thanks

Yeah don't do what most of the tards do and whip the bottom bolt out then wonder why you can't put everything back together.
It doesn't take much effort to get forks out when you've done em a few times!
