I buy on price with the proviso that I think they are "reputable." For instance, Bennetts are avoided due to their shocking reputation.
The insurance industry seems to work on laziness, and I don't think I've ever had an existing insurer give me the best price on renewal. Amazing how often they'll match the best when phoned... |
