Personally, i've tried the ainster one a few times and not that impressed. Depends on the criteria of the award, probably get points for clenliness, ambience and decor. Best i've had in while was at Kincardine. But more than happy to have a run to coatbridge then back to tigers to scran down

my vote is inverbervie, the bervie chipper. not cheep to sit in but rather good. yes i do take stupid turns and decide at 4pm the family are going for a chippy to inverbervie...

If you are talking about the chippie in the square at Kinkyardine I honestly haven't been in there for over 30years but even back then it was good.
