Not helping?....hmmm....make it obvious your dogs are not to be messed with...

This is assuming the men in question can't be talked round with soothing tones and promises of tea....ok scrap the tea, they sound like right twonks when all's said and done

Hope it gets sorted, they really should know better than to verbally bash your walls down. Most people realise when a dog barks it's because there's a disturbance, what do they expect! Gah. How frustrating.

Do you really want to tempt them?

Start by asking nicely, they may not be ar**h**es after all. If it turns out that's what they are, have a word with your neighbour. If that doesn't work, find the best possible way to shaft 'em.

If you really feeel that you can't ask nicely, have you thought about reporting it to the benefits fraud hotline? http://campaigns.dwp.gov.uk/campaigns/benefit-thieves/

you won't see them for dust once the investigator's been round. (all calls are confidential and free! )

My advice is simple, speak to whoever is 'managing' the works and 'calmly' explain your concerns (dogs & Mrs).
Most people, even complete 'A' holes generally respect people being straight with them.

I don't suggest doing any covert complaining unless all open lines of communication have 1st been exhausted.
If it does boil down to a ruck make sure your in the right (legal) before doing anything.
i.e. 6am Sunday morning starts might equate to some breach of local council regs.

Plus, try to stay calm though-out.
I have previously regretted 'acting on impulse' and can highly recommend counting to 10 (10,000 if needs be) before getting embroiled in unnecessary conflict (yes I came off best but felt like a tool afterwards).

Hope this helps - good luck bud.

Sorry for the late reply.

I went away Tuesday afternoon for a couple of days with work and never spoke to them before I went, I was aware that I was up a height and would maybe kick off. My intention was to speak to them when I got back as I would have calmed down by them.

Too late...

The same thing happened on Wednesday though, Mrs Chop lost the plot big time and gave 'Geordie' the gaffer 'what for' infront of his 2 'co-workers'

I would have been more subtle, but when she's annoyed she's as subtle as a punch in the gob, oh well.

I now feel sorry for poor 'Geordie' as I have been on the recieving end of Mrs Chops 'what fors' on a few occasions.

Yesterday they were good as gold by all accounts
