Yeah, got me an old K3 pointy, she is getting a bit long in the tooth now and has 10039 miles on her!
My real speed demon bike though is my utterly awesome (read dreadful) Honda CG125. I use it for shopping, riding when I am too tired too tired to ride a big bike and for bike night when the wife steals my SV. Also we have a Kwaka GTR1000 that we are stripping and rebuilding. The actual plan is this, once I am back in work (currently unemployed) we are going to do a restoration on the GTR and chop the CG into a big bore shopper bike. The SV has such low milage, that she does not need any major work, so it will be cosmetic and upgrade stuff only. The SV has been my first big bike and I do not want to sell her, however I have been looking about for another great bike and really like the Kwak Versys. This will put us up to four bikes and we want also another for Carol and a dirt bike for me. We need a big garage! There is also the push bikes and the car, too much stuff, need a new house!

If an SV650 has a flat tyre in the forest and no-one is there to blow it up, how long will it be 'til someone posts that the reg/rec is duff and the world will end unless a CBR unit is fitted? A little bit of knowledge = a dangerous thing. "a deathless anthem of nuclear-strength romantic angst" |

on my 2nd sv, first one was a curvy s modello and now on a nekkid pointy...
i actually went out and rode other bikes,er6, versys, hornet and while they were nice bikes, price brought me back to the sv world |

Its a 'no' for me. Not nhad my SV for years. I like coming on here now and then and reading some discussions etc. On the other hand, I have moved back to V-twins after selling my Hayabusa, picked up a 2006 Aprilia RSV-R on monday - my first litre twin!
