Real carbon = good, bespoke ultra-lightweight racing parts, excellent.

Wrapping normal plastic in carbon = bad, making parts heavier, generally seen on bikes that look like they ram-raided a probolt catalogue.

I think that you should paint it pale blue and then air brush lots of little pink willies on to it! Should have the same effect as you are looking for with the Carbon wrap!

If you really want to go to town, paint a nice colour and then air brush some cool cartoon characters on to it. Tazmanian Devil or Wyle E Coyote would look fun while Bugs Bunny is an arrogant ***t, so don't bother with him!

PS, as suggested to another, Death Metal Album covers can get attention, the gorier the better!
