If DP isn't safe on some bikes, is it a wise move to let him loose on mains electrics ?

wireless repeaters are a bit poo as most of them work with a single radio and so 54mbps (theoretical speed) is halfed to 28mpbs instantly, take off losses and real world speed fluctuations, add in latancy and its poo also if you can get a wi-fi sniffer (netstumbler) installed on your computer to monitor the airwaves and work out which channel number has the least interfearance and also other boxes sharing the same channel, change config on wireless box to match new found channel the last thing and the best would be to install a second wireless box but make it wired to the first, set both up with the same password and ssid but on diffrent channels, that means you can roam between them without any real problems, most complicated but best

Try a "n" wifi router instead. They are usually way better than "g" models inside the house.

If you're safe to be let loose with scissors and glue, then you could try this: http://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-...ption-Booster/
