When i did my test, the guy in the office said he used to work in the plastics / fairing industry and if something was scratched they'd rub over it with a crayon that was a rough colour match, keep buffing the area till all the excess crayon was gone and the scratch was hen filled with the crayon, then i think he t-cut'd over it. prob not the best way but i just thought id mention it.

Guys, this is the exact kit i purchased, its not the cheapest but the stuff will last for ages and delivers top results if done properly.
The best kit you'll ever need I would also, if i was you guys get a pack of micro fibre cloths from costco, about £16 for 30 (not like £5 for one in halfrauds), use these loosely on the mop head for final polishing, i have my pack 18 months and still have some left. I shove mine in the washing machine and they come up brilliant. HTH |

Fair enough, personally I can't afford £150 to get rid of a couple of minor scratches. I'm a student so next year I imagine it's a good thing to have but at the moment, what would you reccomend under £50 as s good alternative, that's not going to stop me from using a better more pricy solution when I can afford it next year?
