it was ok for about a month then it had a intermitent flicker and fade? ?
the ones i got off ebay were only a few quid for 5 so if you ever do need one i have 4 spare in the garage.

Maybe the LED units aren't all that waterproof which wouldn't be good because I ain't a fair weather rider...and I bloody superglued the lot good to the plate too

Well after fitting my the light is now not working i believe. Bullet connectored it in and power is coming through the cable out but not to the light.

I think this Tail Tidy is here to test me. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

thats what happened to mine, power to the led but it wouldnt light up or it would flicker of just fade away.

just to check...its an LED so power will only flow one way...flip the connectors over and check that theres enough contact between wire and bullet.

I've tried switching the connectors and no joy, what im guna try is to use a piece of wire and try it connected direct from the battery and see what happens.

Fingers Crossed it will work.
