This happened to me last week
 it resulted in having to go to a terrible terrible place full of druggies, benefits cheats and old people... THE POST OFFICE.I needed a show afterwards, I even leant on the barrier around the queue and got someones nose pickings on my hand. Came within 2 days of sending it off electronically using the post office service though!

Some of the old photo licences didnt have dates on like the new ones.
Just checked the date on the newer one I have here and it looks like a trip down to the DVLA office in the morning to hand over some cash
