With the price you paid for it they'll soon wring any pay out back off you with excess and future premiums.

I would not use that frame again TBH.

gonna respray the frame(can get it done for free), advertise it on ebay and explain exactly what happened in the advert so i can give a potential buyer the option of decideing wether its useable or not.

Bikes already been stripped into 100 different parts and i am in the process of refurbishing any salvageable parts.

yer deffo not claiming, the can has already been sold for £200 after a 30 minute session of autosol
