I managed to stall at the start of the Slow Riding bit, but it was before (by an inch) the front tyre went through the first set of cones, so just got a minor for it.

WR87 - I did mine two weeks ago, and as others have said best to just relax and take your time - though it amazed me how quick it all went. Good luck with it.

Although I haven't even sat on a bike bigger than a 125, i feel confident in my riding as I've been riding since July and not jumped into a 5 day DAS course. Thanks for the tips none the less! I feel a million miles away from the day of my CBT where my mind was in over drive, cancelling indicators, changing gear, taking 6 attempts at a U turn. Now everything is like riding a bike... Literally! I can u turn on a penny piece and mind is in auto pilot!

I have done about two u-turns since July when I passed, and I'd probably fall off now if I tried again

+1
Tell me about it, you want to try them on a faired SV with clip-ons...not half as easy as when I did the test on a hornet

I managed to pass my MOD 1 with no minors and no lessons with the use of this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYOUWHrqDJg

The only thing you will need.

Practice the stuff in a car park and make sure you do life savers before during and after everything!

No worries about indicators and not needed on your MOD 1.

Hope all goes well for you and anyone else doing the test, really is easy just show you have control of the bike.

Edit: Sorry didn't see the video has already been posted, but it really is that helpful!
