Don't think i was carrying massive speed through the bend as i'd only been riding a couple of months at the time but i was getting a good tow from a bike in front. don't know exact speed as it was a really quick glance down as i pulled to the inside to go past before getting hard on the brakes. think there was a slight tail wind as well so i reckon that and the tow probably helped a lot
