Chain issue seems to be mentioned a lot, on my Curvy I have had no such problem and have a spare pair of renegade cans too. !!

Routing of the left hand link pipe possibly touching the chain at extremes of swingarm movement I guess.

Yes, the chain clearance is a pain. Its getting the link to go under the chain and over the sidestand taking into account topping out the rear and chain slack. I used 2" tube stepped down to 1 3/4" ovaled a bit in this area. could have modified the stand if I really wanted 2" all the way through.
Any automotive muffler/exhaust could do this, ask them how much and they will say "$110 per hour plus materials"

I bought a 2002 SV 650S on Monday and it came with twin renegade carbon race cans, I don't know whether to sell them or not :S

MIGHT be for sale, don't know yet, just a heads up. Have a look at a pic on my profile.

P.S. This is my 1st post. WOO! Haha.

Yeah it's the curvy model buddy. Tbh I don't know if they'd fit your bike, I don't see why not but don't take my word on it. I'll keep you updated about them, if you buy any meantime no worries. PM me any time fella, I might take a while deciding whether to sell them or not.

P.S. They aren't road legal.

Leebex - Thanks man. I can't wait to ride it, gotta wait 'till Thursday to get it choked to death (I'm only 1 and pay £162 for the pleasure! Rode about 30 miles on it though and absolutely love it. So much more power than my YBR 125!
