Juice from a whole lemon in a mug with a big spoonful of honey topped up with hot water, works for me

Oh dear, if you start showing signs of 'the madness' I'm afraid the outlook doesn't look too good

I am actually feeling quite a bit better. Yesterday was awful.
I still officially have a cold and it sucks, but its been downgraded to that from man flu.

I am feeling loads better today thanks!

Only lingering symptoms are sore throat and a slight headache which is annoying more than anything else.

The worst symptom (for me), fever, is more or less gone. Got up to 104 Wednesday night, and had a relapse to 102 last night around 10. Quick dose of Panadol sorted that out.

So yeap, feeling much more alive today. Just as well, still have to work!

I attribute my recovery to your active support in this matter!

Glad to hear you're both on the mend.

I'm guessing maviczap has either not seen this post or has been incinerated to prevent further spread.
