Surely the mistake is number of previous owners 0 (Zero).
Someone's run 6750 miles and fitted knee grips, tail tidy, fenda extenda, hugger, crashbungs and that aint goin to be a honda dealer.

I've got it. They are trying to sell a curvy as a pointy age bike for pointy money. Does that make it a purvy?

They are a bike dealer,and can reasonably be expected to have a competent level of knowledge about their wares.They should be reported to trading standards as they are clearly trying to misrepresent this bike as something what it aint.
