At least you're okay & the only broken bits are on the bike and they can be replaced quite cheaply.

You are brave, have you not heard about my windy botty? Last week the wife woke up in the middle of the night and to get back to sleep she snuggled into my back... She should have asked what woke her up. The second bugle blast from my botty sent her to the other side of the bed!

On a serious note, thank you to every one for your kind words and encouragement. This is what makes the Org such a lovely place to be, I fall over like a tit and you lot are kind and sympathetic. Damn, you guys are just the best.

Picking up the bike is probably the hardest thing I have ever done and I do not know how I did it. Today though, I can feel it. My back, shoulders, arms and hip all ache and it took thirty minutes in the jacuzzi at work before I could walk with out looking like I am in my nineties. Riding to work this morning was glorious so even my little tumble has not put me off, I really do love riding my bike. The teasing I got from my clients parents though was fun.
