Is there a problem with them out the box barwell?

yeh the bearings are steel and rust and there not inner shielded so they get water in them and start to seize up, they are special bearings but can get them at £5 a go you need 4 but they will probs out last the rear sets

I was quite impressed by Dan Moto, I bought some adjustable clip ons when I was going to do a K1 GSXR fork conversion on my pointy, and got a recall notice from them a month back saying there was a problem with the assembly of some clip ons and they would either refund me or supply replacement parts. Considering the low price of their parts, it's good to see a company taking this kind of responsibility.

get them from simply bearings sf608zz deep grove ball bearing you need 2 per side and there about £5 each

Stock rearsets
![]() GSXR k3,4,5 600/750 rearsets ![]() Gear linkage rod needs to be 10-15mm longer than stock GSXR I think? RHS I've sat the GSXR ones on top of the stock and the mounting holes are lined up. ![]() |
