Locked up twice! PANIC

I had same thing happen to me tonight on my way home. Some old doris decided she needed to throw the anchor out in her micra despite there being NOTHING of note going on in front of her. She must have seen the headlight glow from the car that was a good 100yds up the side street and thought they were far closer than they were.
Anyway, she stopped dead in front of me and in all honesty i was too close to slow down normally, I locked BOTH wheels, released and re-applied and managed to stop about 6" short of her bumper.

Quite how i stayed upright i dont know, but i did and lesson learnt, dont get so close to stoopid cagers on greasy roads!
