Firstly he is here illegally, on a forged passport. That in itself is an offence. Secondly he is preaching religious hatred again an offence. But to charge him means we then have to hold him which nobody wants. Give him back and make a plain statement to the world.
Britain should not and will not be a safe haven for the worlds extreamists. He is entitled to his views, no matter how wrong they may be and I will defend him that right. He is not however entitled to spread his misinformed bigotry.

I think I'd rather have him incarcerated here (even if it's using a different law - a la Al Capone), knowing that I'm paying to do so with my taxes rather than have him roam freely, spreading his caustic verse. We can see that it's all rubbish but all it takes for him to meet one impressionable person.
