I packaged it adequately. I have sent enough parcels wrapped in bubble wrap before that have arrived safe. If some idiot at royal mail, or your Danish equivalent has thrown it about then claim from them. You got a good deal, those mudguards sell for over £100 new, so £55 shipped to Denmark is not bad going.
Where is it even damaged anyway? |

At this point I need to remind both of you that this site is a gateway to exchange details.
I suggest, that for both your interests, you continue this discussion off site either via email or phone. @buyer if you feel the value of the product is now lower (due to damage) then a small refund would suit. @seller if an item is sent out of the country it's not in human contact the whole time and will take damage to its packaging. It should have gone in a box. The buyer refused this and as such you should have refused the sale. My 50p pence. Hope you pair sort it. |
