I can get my front end up with my restricted SV.. took a bit of practice and it doesnt last very long but basically just trundle along at around 3.5k in 1st, and it's quite a refined technique which you need to practice but it's sort of just a case of whacking back the throttle combined with a quick flick of the clutch, quite hard ot describe but you'll get the feel for it after a bit of practice. Can't get it up every time though mind

2nd gear easy. Done 3rd and 4th but starting from a small bridge.

Do it for a laugh, know its stupid but puts a grin on my face!

Mine wheelies too easily, but then my bar conversion has my weight further back and the bars five inches higher than they were. Pulling away aggressively from a standing start has the front end waving in the air and my pants getting a nice brown stain! I can't deal with this wheelie lark, so tend to avoid it. The naughty part of me though does think that wheelies look cool!

Did the learn2wheelie school today with injury_ian, had a great time, would definitely recommend it!

Idle the bike in first, then 50% throttle, count to two, clutch in and out in a millisecond. Boom.
And it's not a full clutch action, just enough to slip the clutch and then bite again.
Feed throttle to keep it up.

I'd advise starting slowly, either less throttle of less counting till clutch. We had the benefit of limit switches to cut out too much wheelie.

Keep you fingers on that clutch lever, when it goes t1+s up it's the only fast way to get it back .
Rear brake method is unlikely to get you out if the smelly stuff unless you a stunt ace or have the back on a separate lever.
New head stock bearings any one.

Ride with the Lostboys by any chance?
I did this the other day just by chance, saw 5k and never done a wheelie delibrately using clutch before, so just popped the front wheel up for about 30m! Only did the once, I'd like to be able to do it regularly but don't wanna trash my bike.
