Really? That's completely irrelevant to me. Basically, don't be an aggressive nobber and don't hit people full stop. Making a distinction that it's ok to hit blokes in some situations where it's no ok to hit a woman makes no sense to me. The "I don't hit women" code is just a rulebook for people who throw their fists around too much, or fancy themselves as a scrapper. At the point at which I'd actually throw a punch, man, woman, child, wheel chair, granny are all fair game!

When the camera pans left you see the entrance to some sort of compound, I'd bet my **** that the taxi driver (lets call him ***** from now on as its easier to type) so ***** comes in from the top of the screen to use the road where the biker is as a turning circle. The indicator on the bike is to turn left so again I would expect the biker approaches the junction, see's a taxi approaching who (lets give him the benifit of the doubt) is indicating to turn in. She reads this as he's making a turn, his intention is to actually use the road to perform a 180. I base this largely on the position of the car and that its wheels are at full lock, its also confounded by his later completion of said manouver all be it he performs this elsewhere as when he drives into shot to park on the opposing kerb he has now turned the car to face the way I believe he was trying to before.

Back to the events, As she realises his intention is to do the 180 he cuts across her path, she brakes, toots, yells etc etc the same sort of stuff we'd all do if we were cut off in such a fashion. From what I can see he has no reason to not see her but it seems safe to assume he didn't. Been an angry little **** he makes several unacceptable mistakes; leaves his vehicle, approaches the biker aggressively, obvious headbutt, returns with raised arms to the biker once, relocates his car & gets out again and continues yelling and gesticulating aggressively.

Another factor, the way the hi-viz guy stands in the road seems intentional as though he is blocking the driver from "doing one" The only reason someone would IMO do this is because they are of the perspective that the ***** is likely to do a bunk as they're not acting rationally. He puts himself in the road to prevent the driver leaving the scene. Well done that man.


IMO this is: Driving with out due care and Assault, ***** should have lost his taxi licence, drivers licence and been convicted of said assault. I put it to all bikers in the area, if you get a taxi and a short guy driving a Mondeo turns up savage the ****er.

What about a load of complaints to the areas council and press about this jam roll? I bet the council would take note if the local papers ran a story about how the council encourage assaults on lone females.
