I think they're doing rather well. I ordered something from eBay yesterday about 2pm, arrived today!
(Bluetronics Evo headset for motorbikes)

Collected yesterday, cannot believe how many morons turn up with no I.D! Hence causing queue to get even longer(down the street in yesterdays weather! Also picked up a moonpig card for my wife, looked like he had kicked it all way back to depot.

But its a small town, and I can agree with you guys about people not turning up with ID
