Does the clutch switch actually work? Also I think its a normally open switch, so you can disconnect the clutch switch and short the two connectors for it on the wiring loom side using a paper clip or similar. That will eliminate the switch while you troubleshoot. Also check the same for the sidestand switch.

Bridge the two clutch switch connections and see if it works then?

Can you hear the starter relay click when you push the starter button?
There's a pretty good troubleshooting chart in the maintenance manual- it would be best to get one and follow it. There's lots of interconnected stuff in the starting circuit- sidestand switch, clutch switch, kill switch, ignition switch, starter relay- all of it has to be properly connected and operating for power to be sent to the starter motor, which also has to be properly connected and working.

Okay so I put a spanner on my fuse box from + to - and the bike turned over so I am loosing power before it gets to that area. Going to have to check my wires i'm guessing.
