Surely saying he's going to do it again and again is contempt?
You'd think so mate but I've seen crims gob off to judges/magistrates quite freely with absolutely no comeback.

I was sitting through a case once with a teenage thief who started reading text messages on his phone as the charges were being read out. One of the magistrate put on a haughty voice and said: "Excuse me sir, are you listening?"

Without even looking up, the little scrote said: "I listen with my ears, innit." And that was it! Nothing more said- the magistrate just looked embarassed and nodded at the prosecutor to carry on.

Quite funny though, I'll give him that.

He got away with it though. If the magistrate just shot him.
99.99999999% of the country would have been much happier.
He clearly isn't very good at hearing or he'd have listened to the law...

That would make my blood boil, i wouldve liked to seen the magistrate come down, drag him over the desk/box or whatever it is and start pounding his face in with his (scumbags) phone and say to him when finished, "are you listening now?"
