Perhaps something like this?

Yes Paul it's the mega van mats stuff. 13metres of the stuff!

Just spent the evening insulating using foil bubble wrap glued to the side, then a layer of recycled bottle insulation and then another layer of foil bubble wrap.

Just getting ready for cutting out the panels as mine are full sides and carpeting them.
I've also just ordered a taller kombi step and a full length threshold for the back. I have also ordered a massive piece of plywood to create a one piece floor as the one I currently have doesnt go under the side step and is in three pieces. One piece will stop any creaking or movement.

As soon as I get paid from a gig I did in July I shall be booking the van in to get the windows done.

Not gone mad, just a brunette called Kerri now owns his soul

He was quick, but knew he was never quite quick enough, best he quit while he was still ahead

Watching with interest, although it seems to have a small engine and not enough cylinders!

Engine is small but the fuel economy is nice!
Well I've had the windows done. Will get some pictures up when I get back home tomorrow. In the meantime I've booked the van in to get caravelle rails and a rear triple bench/bed seat. Which will mean I can slide it wherever I want in the van and also add and remove seats and tables. It's going to cost a fair bit but the flexibility is amazing!
That will all be done on the 12th of sept. moving a lot quicker than I thought.

Update time:

Well this build isn't going as slow as I thought.
The last two weeks I've been trying to find time, inbetween helping out with the baby at home, to work on templating, cutting and carpetting ply. Most were fine as I had the original hardboard templates but the rear full height panels I had to template. What a disaster! Long story short they only just fit (badly) when bar but when carpet went on it was too difficult and it didn't achieve the perfection I want.

So I ripped them out and called a lovely chap at AJC in Stalybridge who before starting work on a booked in project managed to bash 2 full height rear panels with the holes in the right place and supply advice and blind fixings for me to do my ceiling panels too!!

So carpeted those and got them up, didn't take any pictures but there are some to follow which will show them.

Next up my family decided they would like to go on holiday at the end of this month in Cornwall. So I saw that as my excuse to get the rear seats sorted.
I was originally toying with the idea of getting a triple shuttle seat and putting brackets in the 2nd row and 3rd row so I could move them around. In the end though after a quick call to Colin at Oxford T5 I bit the bullet and booked in to get Caravelle rails and a triple fitted...and I'm so so glad I did!!

I waited at the unit whilst they were being fitted as I was interested to see how it was done and had nowhere else to be. Apart from a lovely Sainsbury cafe breakfast!! Mmm it was ace!! The only downside was that I had a table and the 2 single seat staring at me all day!! I resisted the single seats (just) but had to grab a table!!

End result:

Table is genius!!

The seats can slide all the way forward, all the way backward and be completely removed.

It also folds out to be a bed.

I also had to get a caravelle step as the rails are higher than the standard or kombi step. I also got the caravelle step light which I wired up yesterday.

I also started carpeting the metal work starting passenger side. Went ok but I think I'm going to bottle it and get a pro to do it.

I have just bought some LED light strip to fit onto the ceiling after seeing Colin's set up I've shamelessly stolen it and will fit in the next few days.
I've still got the floor to do, just trying to source some Plastazote in a very dense form as I plan to one piece ply on top of the 9mm batons between the ribs, 15mm of Plastazote and Altro flooring to finish which should just sit level with the rail covers yet still be compressable enough to get something in there to release the clips holding the rails on.

I also bought some wind deflectors, went on ok although the drivers side seems to be a bit weird and my automatic window mechanism doesn't like it and stops half way up.

And the whole van:

Re the window I think if you just move it bit by bit till it reaches the top you then hold the switch in the up position for about 3 or 4 seconds and that reset the anti finger trap so it can close as normal
