Throttle body balance and TPS setup if never been done would be a good start point. Plus that can will mess up your fueling and can cause a cough low down as most SV's with exhausts like that run very rich low down.

Regarding the oil usage, if you've used fully synthetic oil right from the start the piston rings may not have bedded in. Perhaps use cheap mineral oil for a while until oil consumption is reduced, then change back.

I think all the popping and coughing and sneezing was due to lack of back pressure from the exhaust... Made a baffle and now it's gone... As for the oil I think that is normal the level has not changed over the last couple of weeks....

Oil level and engine noise
I can confirm that all is well, changed the exhaust back to my Leo vince and she is running fine again. It's been a month and no issues.
