SvRich had a near exact copy of your accident.
His original solicitor wasn't much good, so he changed to White Dalton who understand bike related accidents much better and got his compo sorted out. It'll still take time, but if you're not satisfied, change to someone like White Dalton

Father in law went to White Dalton after his insurance appointed solicitors proved to be pretty useless. Andrew Dalton and co were superb.

Another one. Just finished off a case for my dad. 5 years but that's what it took to get him back to as near as he will ever get to normal.
