No TV for me, not even the news, but I do watch the occasional movie on DVD. I'm not into overt violence or anything too dark... either sci-fi or fantasy (call it child friendly) that is about as far removed from reality as is possible to get. The other night my girlfriend pulled out Serendipity which (dare I say) I quite enjoyed so clearly I don't mind some romantic nonsense.

I do watch the local news and 'the weather channel'.
Sports, on occasion I'll watch a car or motorcycle race or rugby and maybe one american football game per year.
Cartoons mostly though as me and Mrs. Banannaman are raising our youngest grandchild. The eighteen month old who had a heart transplant at 2 months.

Yes, but can do without it. Usually Triple J if I'm in a coverage area or whatever medium wave broadcasts that peak an interest in remote areas.

Music cds bore me to tears and if I can't find something decent on the radio I prefer silence.
