Is it just my side stand thats crap???

My stand is rooted, but for different reasons than you lot.

The hole the lug on the stand fits through and the lug itself are badly worn, and expensive to replace

I ended up lying half on the car bonnet, with the bike pinning me down. I probably could have got out of the situation, but would have scratched the car and dropped the bike.

I had to get my mobile out of the tank bag, and call 'er indoors to come out with the kids & pull me upright

that would have been worth £250 of Beadles money any day...........on the other hand though........
