I find the bit about clamping down on illegal minicabs to be amusing. Has anyone actually tried to get a cab in the west end? It's much easier (and cheaper) to buy drugs.

Having installed Traffic Wardens to ease the workload on police patrols and other policing duties to free them up to deal with the criminal element, such as white van man assaulting victims of RTA's (Hi Lynn)
it seems they are now wasting those resources released by CPO's and Traffic Wardens, by returning to guarding the most unpopular Civil Servants employed by Local Authorities, using OUR cash to enfporce what the population generally abhors.

I'm guessing that your browser has resized the image to make it fit into your screen, hence screwing up the text so you can't read it. Have you tried zooming in?
