Does that include a torque wrench? I don't have a breaker bar.
AFAIK, you are not ment to use torque wrenches to undo anything or use above the specified torque setting or over the maximum torque setting of the wrench.

I'm surprised that no one has already mentioned this, but anyway. If you buy an open ended chain, it will come with two different type of links. A clip link and a rivet link. The clip link is the same type as you get on push bikes.

Split the old chain using a dremel / hacksaw whatever. Apply new chain and use the clip link. When putting the clip link on, make sure that the open end of the clip is facing away from the direction of travel. This is to ensure that the sprockets do not flip the link off.

Ride to your local bike garage with rivet link in pocket and ask them to fit it. It will take them about 5 - 10 mins and should cost about £5.

Nice and easy.

Best/easiest way to undo the front sprocket is using an impact wrench. Got one (12V +max torque of 150Nm) from Halfords which works via a cigarette lighter socket or direct from the battery. Makes life a wee bit easier and cost £14.

Cheers
