Falc, it's not 1 nut you need but the 6 that hold the rear sprocket to the rear wheel hub carrier !!!!

Wheres the nearest suzuki dealer ???? Slough i think, if so i guess i could ring em and go and get you some

Ignore scoobs !! bloody cowboy the nuts have a nylock thread on em so should only be used once.
plus i'll need the torque settings for the 6 sprocket nuts and rear wheel nut. And the front sprocket nut torque setting, and again the socket size.

Have you got a haynes manual as that will cover it.

gis a call on me mobi and we'll sort out an evening, should take a couple of hours i guess, but might be better to do this at the weekend, during the day me thinks as sometimes the front sprocket nut can be a right ******* to get off (07831 53274

Front sprocket nut is 32mm. Best to use an impact socket (hexagon). Can't remember the torque value, but it is 'kin tight. Something like 150Nm, but don't quote me on that.

Make sure you bend back the lock tab, jam a block of wood through the back wheel to stop it spinning and get a long breaker bar on the socket to undo the nut. Air / impact driver is an excellent tool for this job TBH.

Oh and JonToms, moi a cowboy

I know! A bit rich. The yellow box thing that was mentioned on the CBR site is £100. Depends how much the wrong speed and the wrong mileage bothers you.
