Now the money grabbing councils...
You really think thats what motivates them to do that job? They could earn far more i'm sur working for some fast food chain or as a waiter in a restaurant. And not be hated by almost everyone they meet during their working day.

And why is it that most (and i say most so dont starts screaming at me) wardens seem to come from African nations? I've only ever met a handful of brits doing the job and ive had the displeasure of working in industries where i have to deal with these peeps regularly.

I really do think that for some of them its a power trip thing, they get a uniform and think they have some power over the general public in some way.

I dont think any future employer is going to think "OOooh this guy/girl used to be a traffic warden before applying for a job here. Quick give hem a call before the others, they have a skill set we could use" Not unless they are applying to Ignorant Jumped Up Morons In Uniforms R Us Ltd.

I don't think you are far wrong there. The CSwotsit(not all I know) tend to be worse as well. The lady I mentioned earlier definitely falls in the category. You see see her body language etc while she is on her trip.

Seen yer a few times at work as I stop at the same places every day and it winds the hell out of me

Cheers
Ben

It's the first one for a while that's made it into the media, but it's really nothing unusual in Camden, a couple of years ago after two cars had crashed they both got tickets - given while the ambulance crew were assisting those involved, one still in the vehicle. Very honourable, don't you think? Camden are also good at hiding signs and putting cameras up to enforce regulations you wouldn't know about.

Ker-chingggg!!! £+£+£+

I won an appeal against cammden having clamped my car once.

They claimed that there was no way i could have driven into the CPZ without knowing it and sent me a map showing me the CPZ.

So i took a full day off work and went round the entire zone and took pictures of their signs. Some were so covered in moss that they were illegible, others had completely wrong info on them and yet others were facing the wrong way on Adelaide road telling cars who were actualy leaving that CPZ that they were entering it.

On adjudication there was a comment made by the representative from Camden that "The lat time we check our signs they were correct and for them to face the wrong way shows that someone has maliciously moved them"
Even with photo evidence they didnt wanna admit they were wrong.

Werent they also the ones who gave a biker a ticket while his bike lay on the floor leaking fluids and he was being put in the back of the ambulance?

Twits.
