I think the key thing is to wear tight fitting undies after, my ex didn't at first and was in a lot of pain.

Well better than my post op therapy when "things" assumed canon b*ll proportions! Why complain you might think? Trust me the scarey discolouration and walk like John Wayne with drawing pins in his shoes wasn't funny.

Old Curry Finger suggested wrapping them with a tea towel filled with ice and gently applying a rolling pin!
