I've been using a Quantum H4 for the last 7 or 8 years... it's my only car, lives out on the drive all year (Garage is for SV! ) dirt cheap to run (all bits from Ford, £170ish f/comp insurance for a 2.0L!!).
Not really a track/weekend car, but heaps more practical than a 7-alike.

Def the above and use as 2nd car.
I'm off the the factory on Wednesday and I think I may come back with one!
Though what i'm going to do with 2 cars 2 bikes and only 1 bum who knows?

I really really wish I hadn't seen that replica cobra because my "when I buy a house with a garage I'll buy a cat-d sv and do it up" plan has just morphed in to a "get a cobra replica" and build it plan......
