corners corners corners.... I can't go round corners very well, I know the bike can do it but I stiffen up at every corner I come to, I have to flap my arms to make sure I'm lose but I still stiffen up through the corner.

I need to get this sorted!

Too hesistant in my day-to-day rideing arround london. Seen/had lots of offs and just keep gettng what if's..or see someone do something and think, oooh that was a bit close. However, the same journey at 6am

And I need to trust the bike more in wet weather, as well.

What tyres you running Jim? I was on macadams which took a bit of caning to get heat in them. They also turned in very quick compared to the SV which takes some getting used to. The front was squaring off from the previous owner and the rear was slidy. Just put some stradas on now and seems more planted but still running them in. Maybe tyre choice might help?

I did my first one by accident a couple of days ago on my cbr6. From what I can remember it was about 5k 2nd dumped the clutch by mistake and up she went like a prancing stallion!
its on 'michelin hi-sports ' i think they were the tyre replaced with pilot road .seem ok (well btr than me)were new on the bike when i got it so i had to scrub them in .its more a 'crap rider thing' than crap tyres, cos by all acounts theyre ok its prob just me .ill just build up my confidence in the tyres ,but i always feel that s"£$£s gonna happen
