So that's four of us and one not drinking?

Um, when I say I don't get out very much, that's not a figure of speech you know, this is costing me my going-out-with-the-org credits from the Bank of Mrs Tiger. I'd hate not to use them wisely...

Just seems to me that it's not quite the drunken carnival of SVers Vs Rest of the World crazy golf, wall climbing, bowling and Mosspark campsite singalong that I had imagined.

Obviously if Northy breaks a leg or something then it's all worth it but I'd much prefer a night along the lines of the Edinburgh pub crawl (which I missed) or karting (which I missed) in order to get the benefit.

Don't misunderstand peeps, if my dropping out would cause the whole thing to die on its **** then I'll be there with bells on, I'm just throwing it up in the air.

See, this is why I'm thinking it might be better to reschedule it, this is the sort of thing that'd be way better with bigger numbers. I'll go with the herd though- I love this place, I'll be going on my tod for the boarding lessons so going with 5 is no great hardship

Leading from the rear again

Afraid there'll be no limb-breaking for me, not this time... I've been warned off hard exercise for the next couple of weeks, I've overdone things a little and my knee's not quite kept up... Still on the bike etc but snowboarding, rockclimbing etc would be a bit daft. Well, even dafter than usual So that restricts things a bit for me, and tbh it takes away the main attraction, that being paying money to hurt myself and get snow down my crack.

I see Abby's "What are we doing" thread didn't take off, so let's have another go. I reckon with the numbers being low, it'd make sense to try and do stuff as a group, or as 2 groups- the original plan was just to charge around and do what we want, on the assumption that there'd be bound to be someone else doing the same. So, let's try it again- what do we fancy doing? I'm mainly up for the golf and the bowling, there's other things like the fan drop which look fun but they're much quicker, and I fancy a trail aroudn the shops there.

We need to get our act together It'd be a shame to have this just fizzle out, but it seems like that's the way it's going, so lets go for it or not, right?

My home internet's knackered but I'll be logging in from work whenever the boss isn't looking

Well I'm definitely out peeps, sorry.

In future I'm going to rein in my early enthusiasm and thus avoid the inevitable shoot through later.

*Big sigh and feels sorry for self*

Yeah, sorry, but I'm going to call off as well... Partly because it was mainly the ski slope and the climbing I was wanting to do, and now I'm not allowed, but also just because we're so disorganised, there doesn't seem to be any enthusiasm for it. I feel quite crap about pulling out since it was my idea and me pushing it, but it's just not really worked out.

Perhaps we need to keep things simpler? The pub stagger was ace...
