By modern standards they would be a p00o ride ... but that (like owning a kettle) isn't the point ...

I had one of those soon after passing my test, it really was poo so I went back to my RD400 (I couldn't bear to sell it, which was lucky). My kettle was a slightly later one with twin discs, a 1973 L model if I remember right.

I know they're 750, but the stroker I'd like most is the Kawasaki H2. I saw a gorgeously tricked up/modernised one in America, dropped clipons, single seat unit, bellypan, it looked like a real modern cafe racer.

I feel we have had a slight de-rail here, but as I actually like the 70s 80s bikes, lets continue
