I was thinking the same (no, I didn't have one), if there's one similar to the other then that's the MT01 which looks like the VMax!

You don't see the chrome and polish if you're riding properly. If I'd spent that much dosh on a bike it sure as hell wouldn't be locked in a garage every day. Bikes are for riding, not polishing.

Don't get me wrong, but I see some bikes that spend more time being polished than they do ridden, and that just doesn't make sense to me. My bikes are cared for, but I'm not obsessive about polishing them every time they get used, and they do get used all year round in all weathers.

You don't get anything back for making them gleam, you'll possibly fetch a couple of hundred quid more in px for having half the mileage and seeing it shine like a new pin. I'd much rather get my money's worth by riding the thing not spending my free time surrounded by cans of Autoglym.

In summer a quick wash once a week and a good deep clean every couple of months sees mine looking good from one year to the next. In winter I FS365 the whole bike and give it a quick resquirt of FS365 weekly and a proper wash and polish every couple of weeks, then a reapplication of FS365 when it's done. You'd never know my Triumph has done 3 full winters.

What a day......... I mean "water" day you must have had nice pics!

The Velo was nice but the custom stuff just looks awful; huge amounts of work and the owners obviously love and enjoy them but not my cup of tea at all.

Wouldn't it be boring if we all liked the same things?
