APParently you only meet the sydney funnel web when it gets the horn and goes wandering at night usually...there are a few other killer creepy crawlies to consider, 8 of the 10 most deadly snakes, sharks, killer stingrays, crocs, the sydney male homo sapien is also best avoidede after dark....

Me too! http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1515480/

I'm looking to get something out there as well. I have loved the R6 - It has been everything I have ever wanted in a bike... and still is. Seems though that 2nd bikes are a little more expensive in Australia though, so I might have to look at something slightly older.

Luke,

What are you going to be doing over there ?

I have a nephew who works for a trading platform software company in Sidney. He's been there about a year now, can't get enough of it, says that he's there for good!

Will be working as a VFX lighting artist on a film called The Ruins.

Good luck withe the move Luke. The rental market in Aust is mental, quite expensive compared to what it used to be. Forget about renting in Surrey Hills but look around in surrounding suburbs. The seaside ones are the most expensive.

Have a look at these sites for a bit of window shopping.

Don't forget to drop into www.svdownunder.com either. There's a few people in Sydney who should be able to help you out with company on rides etc.

Good luck with the move! Wish I had the balls to do it. Can't believe you're on imdb. I feel a little bit famous now! He he he. Lovely DR. Wish I'd have seen this post a bit sooner. I'd have had that big chain off ya.

You'll have to post on here and let us know how you're doing.
