Same here. Feeling down, feeling nervous, feeling angry. Cant eat in those moods.

I also have moods like your having, where I just want to eat. On saturday, I had four meals and loadsa snacks. I don't know why, but i just wanted to eat.

I get like it with drinking water too, some days im very thirsty

you sound like you have the same problem as me melody. Half bullimic. You stuff your face but forget to chuck up afterwards. Maybe just bored. I find reading a book helps. If I watch tv I have to eat to give my brain something to do as TV is so crap. If I read a book i dont snack so much.

Get a dog,or get to know someone with a dog and take it for lots of walks.It will either distract you from eating,or will at least burn off the calories so it wont matter.
