Today the last of the dressings were taken off for good. I had the first of 4 ops on Jan 17th and after dischage from hospital 8 ish weeks ago I had 15 different dressings for them to change twice a week. So proper happy.
Also last Sunday was the first time since 17thJan that I was not "Nil by mouth" so could sip sterile water and try to swallow it, no beer yet but single malts are sterile right. A long way to go still, I hope to be out on the little Van Van early July, cannot wait.
