Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
No. This time I've resisted that temptation.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
new diabetes medication.. might as well call it pain away. what a difference. took my first tablet (one a day) about two hours ago and the pain in my lower half e.g. legs and hips is reduced by around 80%. if it continues i might just start being able to do things

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
i know i should be a bit more clued up on it but my head goes lalalalaaa when the doctor is talking about it as i'm always expecting him to say its needle time. something to do with the muscles not being able to use the glucose. the glucose then goes round the body and builds up as a toxin.. i think. all i know is i feel much better. still sore but not half as bad.

Ask any athlete, you can build a wall with lactic acid, and they sometimes hit it.
