I managed to get out on the bike today for the first time in a while. 360 miles, most of it dodging Scotland's finest potholes. I'm wrecked now but at least I'll sleep well.

I have no idea how they survived walking about all day in their race suits, i was in shorts and t-shirt and was melting. thankfully when the wind picked up it took the edge off.

Didn't take my jumper off all day. Cool breeze at the top of the banking just after turn 2, the "joys" of being little, skinny and old.
Maybe why so folk started to leave immediately after the first Superbike race. The Aussie girl who sat next to me just took her pwer ranger suit of and sat in tiny shorts and top.
Good racing though and Knockhill,s facilities whilst still poor are much inproved with each visit.

I was brave, managed not to faint in the hot community centre and was rewarded with a chocolate biscuit for my donation.

Because not only was it too hot, she was also stuck to a wall. I guess this is the new NHS way to increase available space
