I thought my ride was torturous. Hopefully the traffic will be better for you, was pretty fooked both ways. Saying that I dont even know if you touch the M1 from where you are coming from!

Im just sitting here debating whether or not to go get some food while watching top gear, although it keeps stopping every 5s to buffer on my dongle lol

Any idea if London end of M1 will be open as normal 6am in the morning? or will the whole section be closed for repair?
