Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
I was in Turkey for 3 weeks a month ago. Our area has traditionally been a destination almost exclusively for Brits with around 3000 ex-pats properties in the area. This year while I was there, it seems that this is now a resort for Turks too and they all brought their cars resulting in huge traffic jams. Most ex-pats there don't own cars because the public transport is so good and most places are within walking distance so it was funny to listen to the ex-pats complaining that the holidaying Turks were ruining the area.

That's the one Mike, usually preceded by "They were talking English when I walked into the pub".

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
I'm wearing my wedding ring properly for the first time since 17Jan18 when I took in off for an operation. When I left hospital a couple of weeks after Easter my hand was swollen, when that went down it kept falling off as I was thin. My weight is now up to 63.7Kg which is the heaviest I've been for many a year and the ring fits right

That's really good to hear Malc. Must've felt a bit strange not to have been wearing it.
