Re: The Single malt appreciation thread.
Who among the followers of this thread wouldn't appreciate a Glengoyne 25 Year Old ? I know I would, we don't get too many bottles of whisky in this house that come with their own plinth. Or that cost £260 a go either!
Well the Next Mrs Tiger's dear old ma is organising a charity prize draw for just such a bottle (currently "hidden" in her wardrobe) and you lucky people can get in on the action. £5 a ticket? You can spend that on a pint of beer nowadays! Let me know if you fancy a flutter (it's for a good cause, which I can't remember exactly) and I'll buy the ticket and you'll owe me the money. Peasy. Kilted Ginger, how many can I put you down for? |

Re: The Single malt appreciation thread.
Put me down for a ticket anyway just so I get a chance of winning the bottle, but if the charities a good un (not sponsoranorphanedbunny.com) I might buy a few more tickets.

Outstanding gentlemen, keep 'em coming!
Thought something had gone wrong when I saw a Paypal payment received from a Mr Lance Bolland but no... Quote:
As for the good cause in question, it's a cancer charity, the Paul O'Gorman Leukemia Research Centre and the draw is on Friday the 5th of February. |
