Just back from an eight miler.
Knee felt a bit wibbly/weak at times, but maybe i was imagining it? Anyway, nothing bad happened. I feel GREAT. I love running.

I went for a run with Maidstone Harriers again tonight...hopefully they will be my new club when I move.
Marine Corps ED - is that the one you did before? Tim - Good luck mate, hope the taper has gone well. Sarah - Be aware of it, but also remember that taper madness is all around you at the moment. |

Take ecinacea (sp?) to ward off any colds and anti-bac gel to keep other peoples germs off you too. It does actually work!
Relax about it, you WILL get a marathon PB! You will no doubt feel all the sorts of aches and pains you are used to feeling, but somehow in your head they become worse. So remember they are just the same ones you always get, you will know if you really have an issue! Don't do anything silly in terms of runs now - it's too late to change anything. Try a little run in the full kit you are wearing on 25th, wash it, then pack it away ready for the day! One less thing to panic about. What day are do doing the expo? |
